We have several clients buying remotely. This page is intended to
explain the procedure.
We recommend, for your own peace of mind, that if you cannot personally
visit Oriental Gardens then try to arrange for a family member or
friend to visit us for an independent opinion. If this is not
possible you can still buy remotely.
The first step is to select the unit you would like to purchase.

Next, select your preferred method of financing. Please click HERE

to return here. ( Note : At present there is just one promotional scheme
with no interest and payments over 33 months.)
Note: There are no pre-qualification requirements for in-house
financing.
Email us your preferred Unit number and method of finance and we will
send you a detailed payment schedule.
When you are ready to commit, we will send you our bank details.
The first payment is the 100,000 pesos (approx. 2,000 us$)
reservation deposit. Simply visit your own Bank and request for the money
to be sent to our account.
Please also fax us a copy of the bank receipt. (If you prefer you can
scan it and email it to us)
On receipt of this payment we will fax you a copy of the reservation
agreement,
and send by post a copy for your records. Please advise us of a Fax
number we
can use to send faxes to you. We will then mark your unit as
sold and the price is fixed from that point on.
We will need the following personal information:-
Full name including full middle names.
Address for correspondence
Date of birth
Passport number.
Your fax number (If possible)
If making installment payments these can be sent the same as the
reservation deposit or if you have a bank account in the Philippines then
we can accept post dated checks.
When 10% of your unit has been paid for we will send you contracts of
sale by courier mail to be signed and returned.
